The Travel and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the efficient planning, booking, and management of travel and logistics for the Katherine West Health Board. This role is crucial in ensuring that all staff, contractors, and equipment are where they need to be, when they need to be there, to support the delivery of health services across remote communities.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Arrange and manage all travel bookings ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with KWHB travel policies
- Coordinate the logistics for the delivery of equipment, supplies, and materials to remote health service locations
- Communicate effectively with staff, and internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of all travel and logistics arrangements, ensure all travel and logistics activities comply with KWHB policies and procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to other KWHB work units as required
