  • Maintain digital media project records and reporting, including project trackers, budgets, approvals and deliverables, and provide progress updates to relevant managers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate KWHB's social media content calendar and publishing schedule, working with programs and teams to plan and publish approved content relating to campaigns, community activities, events, key dates and organisational achievements.
  • Liaise with KWHB's Cultural and Health Literacy Resources Review Group throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development through to final approval, ensuring digital content meets cultural appropriateness, health literacy and organisational requirements prior to release.

What you will receive:

In return, you'll receive an attractive remuneration package (negotiable based on your skills and experience), from $97,755 - $120,666 (A&G5-A&G6) plus 12% superannuation and a range of benefits, including:

  • Salary packaging opportunities.
  • Six weeks annual leave plus 18% leave loading.
  • A meaningful, purpose-driven role improving cancer outcomes for Aboriginal communities.
  • Regular remote travel with a Katherine home base.
  • A supportive, multidisciplinary team environment that values collaboration, learning and growth.

The Big Rivers region (a 3 hour drive from Darwin) begins south of Kakadu National Park encompassing Pine Creek, then extends over 500km south to Kalkaringi and stretches across the width of the Territory between the Western Australia and Queensland borders. The region is significant in scale, covering over 360,000 square kilometres and accounting for an area greater than that covered by Germany. The region consists of a number of varied natural environments including vast rivers, tropical forests, rocky escarpments and savannah plains.

With eight national parks and reserves throughout the region, as well as five main river systems, this is a truly unique part of the world that many will never get to see. If you're looking for authentic cultural and historical attractions, as well as an outdoor lifestyle that showcases the natural wonders of the Australian outback, look no further.
